Instead of delivering the desktop to the field worker, an ‘over-the-air’ configurable SmartClient solution ensures information and workflow is displayed in a format and style to match the needs of field workers.
Once the system is fully customized and downloaded to the PDA, Smart Client renders the program’s form to fit the screen size and specifications of a device.
TaskMaster resides on the device as a single executable application. Individual workflows are configured and stored in the TaskMaster Enterprise Mobility Platform and downloaded to the PDA on the initial connection.
Once downloaded, TaskMaster automatically renders the form configuration to match the screen size and layout of the PDA in use. If changes need to be made to the system, the TaskMaster Smart Client will simply download the new modifications, rather than the whole configuration.
