Development Job Summary

Senior resource in the customization of Microsoft Dynamics® NAV for new and existing clients.

  • Works closely with implementation consultants to develop technical specifications to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinates service delivery with operations leader and project manager.
  • Works closely with other technical personnel to configure and customize databases to meet client requirements.
  • Provides ongoing technical assistance for clients.

Requirements

  • Several years of progressive experience with the Dynamics NAV C/Side toolkit. Certification on C/Side toolkit is a requirement. Experience with .Net, SharePoint, InfoPath, and SQL Server is a definite asset.
  • Knowledge and experience with a recognized development methodology.
  • Commitment to a testing methodology.
  • Strong and demonstrable project management skills.
  • Demonstrabled ability to manage budgets on time, on budget, on spec.
  • Several years of development experience with ERP software.
  • Effective business analysis skills to work with implementation staff to understand client needs and deliver an appropriate solution.
  • Ability to work with client staff at any level.
  • Able to work independently in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT technical environment including Windows, networks and databases.

Education

Ideal education is a computer science degree. Experience may be substituted. Certifications in version 5.0 or above of Dynamics NAV is a requirement.
